The finest South Tyrolean specialities, a seductive mix of Mediterranean and international flavours, and healthy delicacies made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients: our cuisine is as indulgent on the palate as it is gentle on the stomach. Beyond infinity… it sounds like drivel, or just crazy, doesn’t it? Yet that’s the feeling you get as you step into our Gassenloge. This new building is connected to our main facilities through an underground passage, and offers hands-down the best view over the Ridnauntal valley. You can enjoy it from virtually any area of Gassenloge: from the window of its luxurious rooms and suites or from the infinity pool, from the massage beds of the Logen spa or from the fitness room and yoga parlour. Come and see for yourself why we call it the “best spot in the valley”.
