Gratznhäusl is a listed medieval building, first mentioned in historical records as far back as 1375. It is located a stone’s throw from our gourmet hotel, and is unique in every respect, including the culinary one.

All you need to do is simply take a seat, lean back, and enjoy the experience. At Chalet Gratznhäusl you won’t find a menu: After an appetiser of artisanal Speck – smoked right in the chalet’s special-purpose chamber, chef Stefan will surprise you with fine South Tyrolean specialities, masterfully combined into a seven-course meal. Instead of a wine list, you have an entire wine cellar to choose from!

All the dishes served at Chalet Gratznhäusl are made from locally sourced ingredients of the best quality.

Among the highlights is Rahmmus – a traditional cream-based dish and one of Stefan’s big favourites, which he prepares in the chalet’s 700-year-old kitchen according to his father’s old recipe.
